Refunds can only be issued 24 hours after order placement. If you have any issues with your order please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right. Our spore syringes and prints are guaranteed 100% viable, and contamination free for 30 days. We will replace spores that are not viable free of charge. (in some cases me may request addition postage if special postage is needed.) Orders placed with bitcoin will not be issued refunds after the order has shipped. We all do not issue refunds for order placed ‘by mistake’ but we can change any order for you before it ships.
